the HOLLYWOOD Riviera,
at 1400 N Hayworth Avenue
in West hollywood, california,
WAS BUILT IN 1954 BY 
NOTABLE ARCHITECT EDWARD FICKETT,
WHO ALSO DESIGNED LA'S DODGERS STADIUM
AMONG OTHER LANDMARK structures.

The building's post and beam design
with its lovely sunrise colored stucco
evokes the feeling of palm springs
right in the heart of weho, near the
fabulous sunset strip and close to 
all of the excitement and glamour
of hollywood.

The riviera features 38 uniquely designed
condominium units, underground parking
in a gated garage, and a lovely midcentury-
style swimming pool and open courtyard.
